家脉 KinlinkCRM 是一款本地优先的桌面 CRM，帮助经纪管理客户资料、跟进记录、获客渠道、邮件沟通与线索导入。部分功能依赖第三方服务，包括 Google OAuth、Gmail 与 Google Form。
2. 账户连接与授权
当你主动连接 Google 账户时，即表示你授权家脉在你启用相关功能的前提下：
- 使用你的 Gmail 账户发送由你触发或配置的业务邮件。
- 读取你自己的 Google Form 与表单回应，以便同步线索到本地 CRM。
你应确保自己有权使用所连接的 Google 账户、邮箱和表单数据。你可以随时停止使用这些功能，或在 Google 账户后台撤销授权。
3. 为什么提供 Gmail 发信
Gmail 发信功能的目的，是让你直接用自己已有的邮箱与客户沟通，而不是把客户联系人交给独立的营销系统。你理解并同意：邮件将以你的身份发出，你应自行确保邮件内容合法、准确，并符合适用的反垃圾邮件、隐私和房地产行业规范。
4. 为什么提供 Google Form 同步
Google Form 同步功能的目的，是把你已经在使用的客户登记表、落地页表单或渠道表单回应导入家脉，以减少重复录入。你理解并同意：这些表单及回应原本属于你的 Google 账户环境，家脉只是在你授权的情况下读取并同步到你的本地软件中。
5. 本地数据原则
家脉的核心业务客户数据默认保存在你的设备本地，包括客户档案、联系方式、跟进记录、备注、标签和导入后的线索。你应自行对本地设备安全、备份与访问权限负责。
家脉不承诺替你托管完整客户数据库，也不以云端 CRM 的方式为你长期保存所有客户业务数据。
6. 禁止用途
你不得使用家脉或其 Google 连接能力从事以下行为：
- 未经收件人同意发送违法、骚扰、欺诈或垃圾邮件。
- 访问、同步或处理你无权使用的 Google 账户、邮箱、表单或客户数据。
- 利用家脉规避第三方平台、行业规范或法律法规要求。
7. 第三方服务
Google OAuth、Gmail、Google Form 及相关 Google 服务由 Google 提供，并受 Google 自身条款和政策约束。若 Google 调整接口、权限、可用性或审核要求，家脉可能相应调整、限制或下线相关功能。
8. 服务可用性与更新
我们会尽力保持软件稳定，但不保证所有功能在所有时间、所有地区或所有第三方平台环境下持续可用。我们可能为了安全、合规、产品改进或第三方要求而更新软件、调整功能或修改这些条款。
9. 责任范围
在适用法律允许的范围内，家脉对因以下情况造成的损失不承担责任：你的本地设备损坏、误删除、未备份、第三方账户被封禁、Google 服务中断，或你发送的业务邮件、导入数据和客户操作本身产生的商业后果。

1. Service overview
KinlinkCRM is a local-first desktop CRM that helps agents manage customer records, follow-up tasks, acquisition channels, business email communication, and lead imports. Some features depend on third-party services, including Google OAuth, Gmail, and Google Forms.
2. Account connection and authorization
When you voluntarily connect a Google account, you authorize KinlinkCRM, only for the features you enable, to:
- Send business emails through your Gmail account when triggered or configured by you.
- Read your own Google Forms and form responses so leads can be synchronized into your local CRM database.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the connected Google account, mailbox, and form data. You may stop using these features at any time or revoke access through your Google account settings.
3. Why Gmail sending is provided
The Gmail sending feature exists so you can communicate with clients from the email account you already use, rather than exporting client contacts into a separate marketing platform. You understand and agree that emails are sent under your identity, and you are responsible for ensuring the content is lawful, accurate, and compliant with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and real estate industry rules.
4. Why Google Forms synchronization is provided
The Google Forms sync feature exists so lead capture forms you already use can feed into KinlinkCRM without duplicate manual entry. You understand and agree that those forms and responses originate within your own Google account environment, and KinlinkCRM reads them only when you grant authorization and sync them into your local software.
5. Local data principle
KinlinkCRM stores core business customer data locally on your device by default, including customer profiles, contact details, follow-up history, notes, tags, and imported leads. You are responsible for the security, backup, and access control of your local device.
KinlinkCRM does not promise to act as your full cloud-hosted customer database or to permanently store all business customer records on your behalf.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use KinlinkCRM or its Google-connected features to:
- Send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited spam email.
- Access, sync, or process Google accounts, mailboxes, forms, or customer data that you are not authorized to use.
- Use the software to bypass third-party platform rules, industry standards, or legal requirements.
7. Third-party services
Google OAuth, Gmail, Google Forms, and related Google services are provided by Google and remain subject to Google's own terms and policies. If Google changes APIs, permissions, availability, or review requirements, KinlinkCRM may adjust, limit, or discontinue related features accordingly.
8. Availability and updates
We work to keep the software stable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain continuously available in all regions, at all times, or in every third-party environment. We may update the software, change features, or revise these Terms for security, compliance, product improvement, or third-party requirements.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KinlinkCRM is not responsible for losses arising from local device failure, deletion, lack of backup, third-party account suspension, Google service interruptions, or the business consequences of emails you send, data you import, or customer actions you take.
